The Umpire finds from the evidence in this case that Complainant G. was absent without reasonable cause from October 5^th to October 9^th, 1945. In view of his prior record of unjustifiable absenteeism, the Umpire concludes that the possibilities of correcting his conduct by discipline had been exhausted and that his discharge is justified.

Decision:

The grievance is dismissed.
